These people have charged extra money for the wall art they have sent and it’s been over 2 months of email conversation back and forth with no result. They keep promising me that they will refund my money and now even they have stopped replying to my emails. Very poor costumer service. Plus the product they have sent is very cheap quality, doesn’t match the description what is showing on website. Don’t get fooled by these people and waste your money specially they will charge you more and kinda rob you. Save your money.

Terrible customer service, I placed my order and heard nothing. I finally sent an email requesting info and was told there was a factory problem. I have never heard another word about my order until now when you want me to review a product. Quite the scam, you were very quick to charge my credit card.

I ordered the black metal birds wall art. I don't think I've ever been so disappointed with a package. There are big screws that go through from the front to the back to fix them to the wall. About 3 or 4 in each bird. Completely ruins the look and totally unnecessary. I assumed that (as per the photos online) they would be plain sleek silhouettes. I can't put them up on my wall as art!! Possibly suits the side of a building up high so it's far enough away that you can't see the screws but then again I'm sure they'd just rust outside so.... completely useless. Have sent them to the op shop. Maybe someone else will find a use for them although sadly they'll probably end up in landfill.

Poor quality product, poorly packed, came damaged, threw it in the garbage.

Customer service is way past poor. The number doest work. They take 3 days to respond to emails. They absolutely refuse to call customers. Will never do business with them again. Awful experience.

Ordered “Rise of Nature” metal art on Dec 12/2020. Credit card charged Dec 14/2020. As of April 2/2021 I have received nothing. Attempted contacting company via phone, text, emails 7+ times and no answer. Is this company legitimate???

I ordered several pieces from here cause it seemed like a good idea - I liked their selection & needed fast shipping to accommodate a recent move - however I’m not entirely sure I’ll ever be getting what I ordered. It’s been over a week since my order was placed, despite the advertised 2-4 day shipping & my items have been in the same location for several days now, hopefully something good comes out of this but as things stand I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.
