I'm sorry for this kind of experience but it looks like you have reviewed the wrong company because we are selling Metal Wall Decorations and do not have any organizations or accommodation.

Package damaged on arrival. One item received and one item missing. Requested replacement item which never showed up, so had to request refund in lieu of replacement

Thank you very much for your review which means a lot to us. I have checked the status of your order and you have received both of your orders in separate boxes. If any customer contacts us for damaged delivery or missing package we always send a replacement or find a way for a solution.

I placed an order over two weeks ago. I received a tracking number and followed up with FedEx because my order has not been delivered. FedEx told me that they never received the package from the brand, despite me receiving a tracking number. I emailed the brand inquiring about my order and they never replied. I reached out on instagram and they said that they would send a new package and new tracking. I still haven’t received that to this day. I would not buy from this brand!!

Hi Jermaine, I'm deeply sorry for the inconvenience and for the experiencing you made. Your order has been sent with the tracking number I sent you via e-mail and via social media. If you track your package on the FedEx website you will see the movements. We are always trying to respond all our messages as fast as possible.

Still haven’t got order. I got the new tracking number 2 days ago after multiple follow ups. It’s already 10 days delayed and one month since I ordered. It’s shameless to even ask a review even before I receive the order after all these mess

My order has still not arrived and it’s been 2 weeks. I have requested help twice and a refund and have not heard back. This is horrendous service and I’d like a refund.

Hi, thanks for your review which means a lot for us. I'm deeply sorry for the inconvenience and for the delay, we are based in Florida and because of the Hurricane we are experiencing some delays but your order is out for delivery now. I have sent you previously the tracking number, from where you can track your package.

Hi, Thanks for your review which is very important for us. I can see that you have received your package and that we answered to all your emails it could be that they landed in Junk. Sometimes we are experiencing delays because of FedEx operational delays for which we can't do anything and we also do not know it previously.
