Product is what I wanted and delivery was when expected. However, my wall art had been badly handled during the delivery process and was buckled. I straightened it out and I appreciate Northshire can't control all of the delivery process - but perhaps more robust packing would have helped prevent the problem. Now it's straight, I like the product very much!

Good product

The quality is nice and looks like the pictures but the installation can be a little tricky. Feel free to get in touch with them for installation instructions. They are quite quick to answer. Bottom line, it looks good

Shipped and received very fast. But the first shipment I received was completely bent. Couldn't repair it myself, customer service was also fast and sent me out another product in the same amount time. Received the replacement product in perfect condition.

Quick transport! Really nice product but the arrows we ordered were a bit bend during transport...
