It has taken 12 days for the item to arrive, I understand holiday periods may slightly delay deliveries, but you shouldn't then advertise 48/72 hours. Regards

Ordered what looked to be a lovely Christmas gift and expedited shipping for Christmas and I still haven’t received a tracking number or confirmation email. My account was definitely charged.

I’m undecided whether this deserves a 3* Hence I put it down as a 2* however we purchased an item which came as described and looks fantastic, however am a little upset that it does not sit on the wall properly. The item looks like it is slightly bent over the areas of Africa, UK and Russia and hence comes away from the wall. In the room that we have placed it, it makes no difference, however I would be extremely cautious if you are to purchase one that has the rear exposed. We were planning on purchasing 4 more other products for the downstairs of our house, however the rear of the product would be exposed on entry to the room so have decided against this. On contacting customer service I received a very quick reply but then no reply to the next message I sent and hence I give it a 2*, however the reply was very confusing: “Thanks for messaging us. I don't think there is a problem on that design. This is because of the elevation screws that is on the design.” I didn’t know what they meant so I replied back saying I do not understand and have had no response. I won’t be purchasing anything further from this company due to my issue and the fact that customer service didn’t really explain the reasons to me or how I rectify the issue.
