I was a little nervous in placing my order and having concerns about the product being legit. The Phoenix is a beautifully handcrafted piece of artwork. In tracking my order, I had seen a shipping label was created. It took longer than expected to arrive, as I had not received any further communication about the item being shipped. I was both excited and relieved when it had arrived, exactly as pictured and described. I absolutely love this on my family room wall.

Product arrived sooner than I thought it would. Tapes that were to be included to assist in hanging items were not included in the package. The item description did not indicate the product was in three different pieces, which is a bit disappointing.

I ordered this at least 12 days ago. Advertising it is delivered in 2-4 days max. I reached out to ask them about it, they messaged me back saying they would look into it and never got back to me. I have yet to receive it. So I have no idea what they look like or their quality, but definitely isn’t 2-4 days max. And their customer service is lacking. **UPDATED** these are beautiful!! Definitely don’t expect them in the 2-4 day time frame, I would say allow a few weeks for delivery!

Really enjoy the product, and the ease of hanging them. I wish we would Not have had to pay extra for the shipping cost, but I would recommend the product and buy again.

Very nice product, looks great on my wall.

Great metal wall art. Had small delivery issues but nothing major. Would have appriciated a notification after the missing parcel was located and sent again. Can fully recommend this shop.

I like the purchase. I was disappointed that the screws were not included for hanging though.

The wall art is beautiful but the delivery took a lot longer than expected with no proper updates around which date it will actually get delivered. Eventually received it yesterday and received a notification yesterday morning that the delivery will be arriving. Would have loved to post a pic of my wall with the wall art but cannot find a browse file option in this revie form.
