Needs more communication on order status. Was told would ship in 4-5 days and would let me know when item shipped. After 5 days still had no communication. Item showed up 10 days after order without being told it ever shipped.

The metal wall decorations come with stickers stuck into cardboard and later is very difficult to get rid of the left over cardboardstick into the stickers. This made us waste a lot of time cleaning each sticker and there was not enough spare sticker to just replace them all. This was meant to be super easy and in the end was a waste of time.

The piece itself is pretty cool, but it arrived in 4 pieces with a bunch of tiny screws and no instructions for how to piece it together or hang it. Doesn't come with enough mounting hardware, so I had to go out and buy some.

Arrived glued together and scratched from poor packaging. The duct tape used to secure the pieces to the foam was a mess with the parts falling free. They were sticky glued together with the strips that you placed on the artwork. However, the item itself had this not occurred is amazing. Well made and loved the concept.

The item ordered was a gift for my daughter. I though for the price there would have been a bit more sturdiness to the item, the metal was very thin and light.

Received wrong item, still have not received correct item.
