Gotta notice from UPS saying that the were unable to deliver the item I ordered was because of the mix up in my address. There was no mistake in the where it should be delivered. I had put the correct address in my order. Don't know what is going on....

This is third time I have ordered and first two times were awesome. This time though not so good. No instructions and I emailed customer service and no response.

Le produit est de très belle qualité mis à part les points de fixation qui ne sont pas très ajustés. Nous juste très déçu d’avoir reçu une facture de UPS pour les frais de livraison alors que lors de notre commande il était indiqué clairement qu’ils étaient gratuit

So I’m running into the same issue with this company and it’s been over a month since I paid for the product. I’ve emailed multiple times and was told the same excuse of the fedex system messing up and the item being returned, but when asked for tracking I have yet to receive. Im glad someone is at least answering the emails, but the runaround is annoying. Im going to just dispute with my bank.

I recently purchased a wall art a week ago on 1/20/2022 and still have not received any confirmation as to when this order will ship and/or a tracking order besides the purchase confirmation, which is very disappointing.

Placed an order on 7/18, said that it shipped from Turkey on 7/19. It is now 7/26 and there have been no updates from FedEx on shipping. When I purchased, it said 2-4 days express shipping, it's been way over that now and I'm wondering if I will ever receive my wall piece.

I ordered 3 items. But only received 2. So a review at this time would not to fair. The delivery time was a little slow but expected because of the extended Covid season. The items I received I absolutely love. Well worth the money and the short wait !! Now I will wait for my 3rd item to arrive.

Hace como unos 10 días que hice el pedido y ni idea de cuando llegará, desde el 31 de diciembre no se a actualizado desde la web del transportista. Es la segunda vez que pido, la primera experiencia genial esta, un desastre, todo va lento y lo peor sin información del pedido. Una pena la verdad.
