Flimsy plastic and poor quality. The packaging was sturdier than the actual letters

I had to follow up 3 weeks after I made the purchase, it had not been sent. Then I received word it was coming to me after I followed up. Yesterday I received a notification it was delivered. I checked and it’s not here. I have other packages delivering fine. I emailed the company and haven’t heard back.

Update: I emailed them and they responded right away. And less than a week they arrived. The best part is I absolutely love them. Great quality and totally worth the price. I will order from Northshire again soon. Guess a little glitch on the back end. But great customer service! Original story: Purchased and paid for an item on December 22,2023 and never got anything from them - no confirmation email - nothing. But was charged for the item. Just sent an email waiting for a response.

I never received my order. I was home when they said it was delivered. Nothing was delivered!

I have not received my order placed a few weeks ago and no update on the status.

I'm pretty frustrated and close to reviewing this business on all platforms. I still haven't received my order. It says it was shipped to FL? I have no idea why. I live in ID. Please send me my order that I paid for.

Still haven’t received the item nor heard back from customer service or Instagram.
