Beautiful High Quality Knives and AMAZING Customer Service
Knives are absolutely beautiful! High quality. Detail on knives are so good. I ordered for my husband and my brother-in-law. They both love them. Like really love them! When I placed my initial order it was for two knives, two sheaths, the knife sharpener and a mystery knife. When the order arrived it was missing the sheaths and the mystery knife. I responded to my “your order has been delivered” email with pictures of what I had received and what was missing from the order. I had a response within a few hours apologizing and informing me that my order was on the way and that shipping was waived. I am extremely impressed with the quick response and action taken by the associates at Northern Knife. This was during the peak time of the Christmas season. I did not expect to get a response so quickly. I will definitely be purchasing more. Thank you so much 😊
