Thank you so much! We're thrilled that the look and feel hit the mark — a knife should be a pleasure to hold, not just to look at. We'll be here when you're ready to add to the collection! 🔪 — The NorthernKnife Team

I was kinda nervous ordering after reading some of the social media reviews. Saying the company was slow to ship or the knives were junk. But I ordered anyway. I order my knives on Friday evening and by the following Thursday they were at my door, less than a week, only 3 business days. I opened the boxes and was very pleased with the knives. I bought the Loki, the Feather, tiger cleave and a chefs knife. All 4 were beautiful and appear to be well made. If I had any complaint it would be only the Feather knives was sharp out of the box. I had to sharpen the other 3. But it took no time at all and the blade held a great edge. I would 💯 recommend these knives and will probably order more myself.

Thank you for giving us a chance despite the hesitation — we're really glad you did! Three business days to your door and four beautiful knives to show for it. We appreciate your honesty about the sharpness, and we're glad they took an edge quickly and held it well. That's the mark of quality steel. We look forward to seeing which ones join the collection next — thanks for the recommendation! 🔪 — The NorthernKnife Team

Recieved a magnetic knife board for my birthday. Shortly after the 30 day warranty I noticed multiple cracks running the length of the board. I reached out to Northern and after providing a few pictures of their product, they sent me a replacement within the week. Thank you Northern for excellent customer support.
Response from NorthernknifeApr 22, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience! While we're sorry the original board didn't hold up, we're glad our team was able to step in and make it right quickly. Standing behind our products is something we take seriously, no matter the timeline. We hope the new board serves you well for a long time. Thanks for trusting us! 🔪 — The NorthernKnife Team

Ordered my husband some knives for Christmas. They are sooooo awesome! They are very sharp! He ended up slicing his thumb open and getting 9 stitches after his first time using them. There needs to be a warning - do not use when drinking like a Viking! lol. Since then we have ordered another 2 knives and sheaths. We got a great deal on all the knives, until we got the bill for the hospital lol. These are seriously amazing knives through! Go buy some!
Response from NorthernknifeApr 22, 2026
Ha! That's one way to test the sharpness — though we wouldn't recommend it! We hope your husband's thumb has made a full recovery, and we love that it didn't stop you from coming back for more. Maybe we should add that warning to the box: "Sharp enough to impress, even sharper after mead." Thanks for the laughs and the recommendation — enjoy the growing collection, safely this time! 🔪 — The NorthernKnife Team
