Sizing was not accurate at all. They were two sizes too small and dealing with them for an exchange. A refund is truly horrible. Do not order from these people. I’m just going to donate my shoes to the homeless. It’s ridiculous. What their customer service lacks.

Mailed the wrong size, Very difficult company to deal with, you pay if you need to return something, but they are not giving you any address to mail the return. I am so frustrated wish I could give them O stars

Shoes are not even close to an accurate size. Looks like they were made for a child. The company has not responded to any of my requests for return & refund instructions. Would not recommend.

They can't there so awful and don't know how to run a business that the business bueru should be reach out and close this play

Shoes arrived late and their 8.5 is a full inch shorter than my regular shoes. Never answer contact requests. 4 pairs of shoes might be going to goodwill. I’ll try to get my money back thru bank, but I’m not holding my breath. Bad, bad business! Stay away.

So far nothing here yet! (Ordered 2 pairs of sling back flats that I await

Very disappointing experience! The shoes took a month to arrive. When they finally did, they had sent the wrong color shoes, and the shoes run very small. I asked for a return label and they are refusing, trying repeatedly to get me to make an exchange…at my shipping expense. I don’t want an exchange. I will have to make a chargeback or eat the cost.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of what was advertised as a Sketchers brand pair of sandals and then another unknown brand to me from this company. It took over three weeks to receive the package, and when it came there was only one pair of shoes that were extremely poor quality. The sketchers weren’t even in the package and no apology or explanation of why the shoes weren’t in the package. I contacted the company and asked for a refund. Note that the shoes were shipped directly from China, so look at this joke of a response I received… Hi, If you prefer to proceed with a refund for the second pair, please note that the item will need to be returned to our facility in Italy once the request is approved. Kindly be aware that return and refund requests may take longer to process, as they require approval from our manager. Additionally, as part of our policy, the return shipping cost will need to be covered by the customer. Shipping fees to Italy typically start at $75, depending on the courier. For a quicker and more convenient option, we recommend proceeding with an exchange. It’s a much faster process and doesn’t require going through the extended approval steps involved in a return. Please let us know how you’d like to move forward, and we’ll be happy to assist.
