Not orthopedic very poor quality and materials. Tried to return but they making it impossible, want me to exchange for a different product. Told me I have to ship return to china but cannot get them to produce a return address. No longer responding to my messages. Total rip off. Beware

Read the reviews below. They all say what I would say. These people are total crooks. I thought if I kept on them I would "win" eventually. After 3 months I finally gave up. I'm stuck with a $115 bill and $15 shoes. I'd be embarrassed to even put these in the Goodwill box.

I love the shoes but I have reached out numerous times wanting to return them because they are too small and there is not a larger size and no one has responded.

I was shipped 2 pair not 1 and they do not fit and I have been trying to get communication from you to return them.

I but my wife a pair of these north end shoes. Not only cheap cheap quality. They are extremely small for her and I got a half size bigger. She’s an 8 and I got an 81/2”. Her toe was hanging off the shoe. I tried to return and they won’t give my money back and expect me to send the product back which would be fine but I have no where to send it. I’ve asked in multiple emails to give me their address and no response. Save your money Buy from a retail store or Amazon who always stands behind their customer. I wish I could give a 0 rating but one is the lowest

Ordered 2 sets of shoes, same US size 7 1/2. Sandals are too small, and the others are too large. They are also supposed to be orthopedic for plantar fasciitis but they are made from hard foam board material. I cannot get CSR to refund anything. I wish I could use pics to show the incredible size difference. Despite having a CO address, they advised I have to pay my own return shipping to some overseas address.

I thought I did my research and that these were made by a couple's company in New England. I should have read the reviews first. My problem is everyone's problem. They are undersized, and the process for return or exchange is not easy, making me not want to spend the time or the money. Booooo on Northend, don't do it.
