I ordered two sinu orega 2oz bottles, it took over a week to ship them so I emailed to see if I could cancel because they would not arrive in time for my trip and of course instead of contacting me back they shipped them the next day and THEN told me they couldn't cancel because they had shipped. When they arrived, one bottle was leaking and the other bottle had a spray hose clogged with brown/black GUNK! I am so glad I looked inside the bottle before I used it and sprayed that up my nose! It made me look at some of my older mostly empty bottles and all of them have brown gunk all over the spray hose. It looks like mold, but I can't tell for sure. Very disappointed because I have been using the sinu orega for years and thought it was a high quality product - I don't trust it anymore after seeing all the hoses with brown gunk all over them.

This company provides true healing through natural products. I trust them and I feel like they care about the earth and mankind. Highly recommended!
