Product quality and service!

I know longer trust North American Herb and Spice, I placed and paid for my order, and after not receiving anything in two weeks, I contacted customer service. I was informed that immune 5 was out of stock and I would receive a refund. When I received my order, it was incomplete and I contacted customer service again. Never received a complete order.

I’m impressed with the high quality of products I purchased from North American Herb and Spice.

I responded to email from this company for BOGO sale and I placed my order. Two weeks passed and I didn’t receive anything, so I contacted them, and I was told that one item was out of stock, and it would be refunded. The other item arrived a weeks later, and when I opened it, it did not match my order. The order shows 1 two pack at $84.23 and 2 individual items $0.00 because of the BOGO. I contacted the company again, and i still have not received 4 items as ordered and paid for. They did refund the out of stock item. I would not trust this company after this experience.
