UPDATE, I am still clear after almost 3 years of going through this. I developed psoriasis on one of my feet. It happened earlier this year. It is an awful affliction. I am not a fan of pharmaceuticals. I have successfully cut the number of pharma I currently take. Down to two. Very happy. I dove into the psoriasis world. I discovered Oregano and Oreganol. Mediterranean, to be exact. I researched companies and NAHS kept coming up. I purchased oil and oil caplets. I attacked the psoriasis on both fronts; internally and topical. I have faint discoloring from the scaring, beyond that, I am conquering the scourge. It’s a problem that is so much worse to have than one would imagine. Thank you for saving my sanity with this issue. You’ve got a client for life. P.S. I take one or two caplets a day and topical whenever I feel the “itch” creeping up. Lol

Great Products no additives quick easy to order & delivery was sooner than said

I was not happy with the product that I’ve been purchasing directly from the website for years, expressed this to customer service. They immediately assumed I purchased the product from Amazon. When I corrected them, I asked if they could send me a new one from a different batch and I was completely shot down with a cold response. They offered a coupon code through a phone number, which I did not bother with. I am honestly so bummed at the horrible customer service. Even if they weren’t able to replace the product, I do not understand why they had to be so cold and dismissive.

Everything shipped exceptionally fast, except the promo item. I called to tell them it did not ship with the order, but they already knew the problem and immediately shipped it out for me. Hiccups happen.

It's easy to find what I want on the website. The prices are good, he products are packaged well and arrive in good condition. I always refer others to North American Herb & Spice.
