Stay Away From NAB
Here's a polished version of your statement: "I’ve been processing credit card transactions for over 20 years with a major bank, but I decided to switch when fees kept rising. I thought NAB’s rates and fees were appealing, but unfortunately, their policies and service didn’t meet expectations. They lack clear policies, and their staff—who seem to be untrained and based offshore—often give inconsistent, off-the-cuff answers. My experience with them was frustrating. After my first few transactions, they placed a hold on all my funds until I provided client invoices and contact details. They even called my clients, some of whom I’ve worked with for years—an embarrassing situation for my business. They eventually released the funds, but just two weeks later, they flagged another transaction as ‘over the limit’ and held the funds again. I had to reverse the charge and ask my client to pay by check, which they did. Yet, nearly two weeks later, NAB still hadn’t released the funds. Instead of returning the funds to my client, they debited my account and held onto the money. It’s unacceptable. As of today, I’ve switched to a reputable bank, even if it costs a little more. I’ll never work with NAB again."
