Really nice ring, solid & well made. Unfortunately its too big for one finger, too small for next, so waiting on jewellers coming out of lockdown here in UK so I can get it adjusted. Will buy again!!

The website experience was great, I was a little disappointed with the quality of the products. The large one was pretty good, but the small one that I thought I was getting two of and would be the same size was very poor. You should change the picture on your website to show only one instead of two. I don't know what the small one could even be used for. The holes have very sharp edges and one side almost completely closed up. It looks a little bent too and I can't even make out what the artwork is supposed to be.

My gift was high quality silver, and has such intricate detail. i love it!

I bought a pair of Ear plugs and a ring, both are beautiful pieces. I bought them in the time of Corona and the Ring was a size to big for me. Sending it back would have cost me (and still does) a large amount of money, due to the Corona crisis. After contacting the customer support, they offered me to get a second ring one size smaller to wear during these times, and send the bigger one back as soon as the prices are getting back to normal, which I will definetely do. Fast and friendly, and most importantly helpful responses. The customer service is easily the best I ever experienced and the bought products are wonderful as well. The ring looks beautiful and is of excellent material, it's comfy to wear as well as the ear plugs. I'm very happy and thankful and simply see no reason to give less then 5 Stars.
