I'm really sorry we sent you the wrong size. Due to Covid, we are unable to use our usual warehouse and some of our staff are working from home so we are working as best we can under the circumstances. Hi, unfortunately Covid has caused a lot of issues with international shipping due to limited freight and staff availability. There is no pattern to the delays; some shipments are passing through quickly whilst others are being held up for weeks. In addition we know that even when parcels do begin to move, updates to tracking info are not being made. We are monitoring all shipments and even those that have been held up for a long time are eventually moving. Unfortunately under the circumstances there is little else we can do other than to tell customers to wait. If any parcels are genuinely lost we will always resend items. I hope you can appreciate that these are unprecedented times and don't reflect the normal experience of our international customers.
