Always quick to respond. It is always so easy to get in touch with someone to answer questions. The website is also quite user friendly.

Normandy has great support staff for their clients. Our agent is the top of the class. The only issue's I have are that they do not have rated paper yet and their foot print is limited. I am sure they will eventually solve both of those issues. I would recommend checking with them the next time you are in the market for coverage.

Everyone involved in getting the quotes done and the policies issued were outstanding. The underwriter got the application approved and quoted within a 24 hr period which we needed for the customer to start a new job. And shortly after we got it bound we had the policy.

Normandy's underwriting team has been exceptional to work with. I may not always get an approval, but a get a validate explanation. Most importantly I get quick responses on submissions.
