Ordered a knee massarger.
Ordered a knee massarger. Got out for delivery notification on 12th, then a delivery failure at 03:58am. Another out for delivery followed by delivery failure at 02:51am. What delivery company atemps delivery at that time of the morning? Item did not arrive by 14th so cancelled. Gave them the information they asked for. Heard nothing since. Finally delivered. Got an apology for farcical delivery. First and last purchase from them

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received my in soles 2 weeks ago. Just the in soles inside the package. No details of the company, no instruction for returns process. I have messaged them twice asking for their details of their returns. Twice received the same message. They will pass my details on !!! I have run out of patience now.

Poor Customer Service - dishonest
Ordered with free shipping BUT they added £3.99 Skip the line charge NOT mentioned until ordered placed - DISHONEST. Ordered 4 days ago still not delivered. No mention of delivery time. Thought I had been scammed as no further advise on when delivery will take place. I now see suppled from China - explains all. The order came from Guangzhou Sorting Centre despite them saying to the contrary. Certainly won’t use them again - clearly managed by amateurs as the site does not easily provide delivery details and adds a shipping charge but calls it something else.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I provided a detailed review on the poor standards from Norelie UK. I got a sensible and probably standard response. It suggested they will review and contact me, I did provide my mobile contact details. NO CONTACT. I did also write to COO, NO RESPONSE, despite stating that in my last review I called Trading Standards, it turns our Norelie UK is NOT a UK Registered company and does NOT have to comply with any UK Trading standards. I personally think the company hides behind their standard T&Cs. Which include sending back to US at a astronomical cost. Their response to Trust Pilot reviews is a total waste, my experience is they take ZERO action and just hide behind their terms and conditions. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am a fitness professional and would never recommend this to any of my clients.

I STRONGLY - DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY---- Everything about their hassle-free returns policy is rubbish and doesn't exist! "Our 100% 90-day money-back guarantee policy provides you with a risk-free experience using our products. If, after using our products, you find them unsatisfactory and ineffective in providing relief, we will promptly refund the full amount you paid." The offer of 30%, 50% 60% or free product to the value off, or send back send back to the USA, at your cost, because they don’t have anywhere in the UK, funny how the product is stocked and delivered from the UK. Update - £62.00 to send back to the USA.. Nothing short of unscrupulous, disingenuous, immoral means of trading. Let’s see if I get the 60% of money back.

Misleading marketing - no returns
In common with the other 1 star reviews. Their return policy & ethics are misleading. I was convinced to try insoles for my daughter as their website states in big letters: “90 day money back guarantee. If you are not thrilled with our product we don’t want your money. No hassles no questions asked” Ha ha ha ha… Unless you want to pay to return to an address in the USA, 60% is indeed the best you’ll be offered after several bog standard emails trying to wear you down & give you even less in return for keeping a product you do not want. The world really could do without companies like this who simply want to maximise sales of cheap products by making false promises. Am sure they will reply below with the same standard response from a robot about valuing my feedback and sorry they fell short ‘in my case’ … yawn yawn blah blah … They are likely operating within the law but roll on a world full of more honest trustworthy companies. Sad I got sucked in.

Beware, the no quibble return is a scam
Beware the website that says you can return for a full refund with no quibble. You will have to respond to multiple emails where they convince you to take increasing offers so you don’t have ‘the hassle’ of sending them back. If you do persevere they give you 60% refund and an address in the US to return them to at great expense. Avoid at all costs. A total scam

SCAM..No stars..need refund
SCAM..No stars... flimsy, very very uncomfortable - molded arches in wrong place for me. SCAM Part is says 'corrects bunions'.. rubbish, it's just an insole. Should not be allowed to advertise. I d like a refund but worried as company based in US (despite Uk website).. no faith in Customer Service.
