Amazing !!!!
I wanted to put an order in which stated free shipping. When I came to check out it put an extra charge of £3.99 on. I sent an email asking why this was. Less than 15 minutes later I get a phone call on my land line. FAB you have made my day ! Such a lovely person. He sorted it out for me and even gave me a little discount which I really appreciate. What wonderful customer service :) Second to none !

Excellent customer service!
I like a previous review ordered the wrong size comfy soles! I too had a very successful conversation with Fab. He couldn’t have been more helpful and has arranged for the correct size to be sent to me at no extra charge. I cannot fault the customer service. Thank you Fab!

The knee massager has already made a…big difference.
The knee massager has already made a difference to my 'wonky' knees! and that's after using for the first time. Fab has been extremely courteous and helpful, especially since I phoned to say the massager was not charging up and had ceased to function. I bought a new adapter to go from european socket to uk one and the machine has started working (after charging it up of course). So relieved that I can now use the massager and hopefully be able to walk without the aid of a walking stick in a few months. Thank you Fab for your assistance, I hope I don't have to bother you again, but if I do I know I'll get great service. Thank you.

Walking on air
Did have a bit of a wait to recived my order of a pair of innersoles well after a phone call to fab at norelie it was sorted with professional manners and curtsey thay arrived one hour after the phone call.and thay are great popped them in my shoe's and iam walking on air and as for the price no other word for it but excellent thank you fab.

Fabulous customer service
Having read previous reviews, my high expectations were met when I spoke to Fab. The customer relations are fabulous (see what I did there?!) I can’t review the products, they haven’t arrived yet, but the customer service is brilliant. Looking forward to being able to leave another 5* review after using the shoe inserts.

Excellent service from Fab
Excellent service from Fab. I was phoning to inform the company about possible fake Norelie products for sale on eBay and Amazon at a third of the cost. I was assured that Norelie comfy soles are manufactured in Finland, whereas on eBay they are dispatched from China. I placed an order after talking to Fab.
