Very Comfortable
No problem with delivery or ordering & arrived fairly quickly. The inner soles are very comfortable & I am wearing them all the time. Not sure if there is any improvement yet with my bunion & hammer toes, but I’ve had them a long time & don’t think these can help hammer toes. Main thing is, they are very comfortable & hopefully, given time, may help a little.😊

Thank you Fab in Support
I was having trouble ordering inner soles of two different sizes on Norelie online, so I called and Fab assisted me with my order. Fab gave me so much helpful information and also the discount that was offered online. Thank you Fab and I hope my husband and son will benefit from these inner soles.

I had ordered the wrong size of insoles…
I had ordered the wrong size of insoles by mistake. I rang the number for Norelie, and hung up after a few minutes. Fab rang me back later and was very helpful, and corrected my order for me. Great customer service; "fab" name too!

Working so far

Order came in good time
Order came in good time, I needed them not only for bunions but back pain as my ankles do roll in and cause the back problems, since wearing these my back has been really good

So helpful
I was having trouble completing my order on line so sent a message on their site late at night. The following morning I had a call from Fab who took all the details and placed my order for me, including the discount which should have run out.
