I am unhappy that on the pages about Knee Relief on their website there’s misleading claims about money back guarantee etc but no mention that return carriage costs for this item are £13.00. I have kept the item and should receive 50% refund. I made them aware of my complaint but they tell me they have policy on returns which I believe should be shown along side of money back promises. Barry
