So satisfied with this order of my new ice bath. I've been looking for a backyard pool like this for a long time. Very good quality and price, timely delivery, organized and helpful customer service. I will definitely order again.

I purchased my ice bath on 28.11.23, delivery was super fast and it arrived in time for my husbands birthday. The bath itself is fine, quite sturdy and easy to set up. HOWEVER, since reporting that the thermometer I purchased is faulty and does not work and the cover has ripped the customer service I have received is terrible. I have asked for a full refund of the cost of the thermometer and for a replacement cover. They have still not confirmed back to me that I will be getting a full refund. They have said that as the thermometer had been used they cannot refund. I was totally confused by this as how would I have known that it did not work unless, I used it. I am still now waiting for a reply back to confirm exactly what they will doing. I would not deal with the company again. I am very upset and disappointed.

The 1 star is based more on customer service. My daughter bought me this as a christmas present, so when i came to open it, the inflatable top ring had a hole where it had been folded. I repaired it twice with the kit they sent with it, and it just popped off. I contacted the company asking for help, there reply was. Its been over 30 days. No returns. For a start i didnt want to return it, i just want help to properly mend it or swop it. THERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE A 1 YEAR GURANTEE WITH IT. Which seems not to be the case.

The quality of this ice bath is very pleasing, and the attention to detail is impressive. The service is great, and communication is easy. Thank you very much. I highly recommend it.
