ICE BATH
I purchased my ice bath on 28.11.23, delivery was super fast and it arrived in time for my husbands birthday. The bath itself is fine, quite sturdy and easy to set up. HOWEVER, since reporting that the thermometer I purchased is faulty and does not work and the cover has ripped the customer service I have received is terrible. I have asked for a full refund of the cost of the thermometer and for a replacement cover. They have still not confirmed back to me that I will be getting a full refund. They have said that as the thermometer had been used they cannot refund. I was totally confused by this as how would I have known that it did not work unless, I used it. I am still now waiting for a reply back to confirm exactly what they will doing. I would not deal with the company again. I am very upset and disappointed.
