I purchased an ice bath, waited and waited for it to arrive. Advised me there was a misunderstanding and have upgraded the ice bath, which I am still yet to receive. Customer Service is lacking. Think I may have lost my $$$. Very disappointed. I just want my ice bath.

Hi Chris. I'm sorry to hear about your experience, indeed we were upgrading our Australian model and it led to some delays in the fulfillment process, but we have been back to our usual pace for a couple of days and have fulfilled the orders, but I see that you have asked for a refund and it was promptly processed for you. If there's anything else we can do to make amends or address any remaining concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Excellent product, very sturdy. The only thing I don't like is the cover, as it's solid, and when it's windy and rainy, the cover occasionally comes off, but I'll figure something out. It's a great bath, much better than alternatives on the market. My husband is very satisfied and uses it every day. Easy to assemble, the drain works well, and it serves its purpose excellently. Easy to clean and easy to drain and refill. Exactly what he wanted for Christmas.

Dear Victoria, Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We appreciate your constructive input about the cover, and we'll certainly take it into consideration for future improvements. It warms our hearts to know your husband is very satisfied and enjoys using it daily. Wishing you and your husband continued enjoyment with our product!
