Dear Brian, We appreciate your feedback, and we want to extend our sincere apologies for any frustration or inconvenience you've experienced. After thoroughly reviewing past communication, it seems there might be a misunderstanding. In the conversation, you expressed the need for a refund if the order could not be shipped within your specified timeframe. Unfortunately, we were unable to guarantee delivery within such a short window. Consequently, as per your request for a refund, we proceeded to cancel the order. We hope this clarification sheds light on the situation. We understand the importance of a seamless experience and apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you have additional questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. We appreciate your understanding.
