I've been using this product, along with the 90-day program, for a few weeks now. I can already feel my flexibility improving, and my hips and shoulders feel so much better.
This really helps me after hours at a computer every day!

This is a brilliant piece of equipment that I use every day. I love it and would encourage others to use it. I would replace it if I lost it. Specifically I am noticing improved posture overall and enhanced shoulder flexibility and rotation.

I am really enjoying doing stretches…
I am really enjoying doing stretches with the Nordic Stretch stick. I have a bad knee that makes it difficult to really get deep in some stretches so it’s nice to have the additional support. Also I find that I am able to go a little further with my stretches.
I use this for my preworkout stretch. I found some YouTube videos on stick stretching to learn the moves.

I had endless delay and nearly cancelled order!
I had endless delay and nearly cancelled my order but the Nordic Stretch team did at least take notice and interacted with me very well until my equipment finally arrived.
I have found the equipment excellent to assist me to improve my movement after a very recent significant back operation.
The equipment is also helping me with injuries that I endured on active service in the British Army.

My Nordic Stretch stick... a WINNER!
I received my Nordic Stretch stick quickly and am thrilled with the quality of the product. I also got access to the 90 Day Nordic Stretch Exercise course and am now almost 30 days in. It's been easy to follow and my flexibility has definitely improved. I now look forward to my 10 minute workout every day!

Excellent. Really enjoying using the Nordic Stretch Stick. It is sturdy and makes stretching these old joints manageable. I would also recommend the digital training pack. Jake's lessons are very good.

Absoluter Fan der Stäbe privat und im Beruf
Ich habe gleich 2 Stäbe als Physiotherapeut gekauft und nach einer Woche habe ich für meine Patienten damit Übungen angeleitet, und einen dritten Stab für mich und einen patient gekauft, Meine anderen Stäbe dürfen die praxis nicht verlassen da meine Patienten die Sticks toll finden und ich nebenbei meine eigenen Rückenschmerzen in den Griff bekommen habe.
2 Nachteile möchte ich nennen ,meine Stäbe sind nicht perfekt grade, das stört meinen inneren Monk, das sollte aber der Funktion keinen Abbruch tun. Der zweite Nachteil für mich , ist dass man auf die lieferung recht lange warten muss, da sie direkt aus China versendet werden, für mich wäre es besser sie würden aus dem Norden versendet werden . Bei der 2 lieferung habe ich nur 10 d warten müssen und das empfand ich schnell.
Sie sind Super stabil, so dass meine Patienten das vertrauen haben sich darauf richtig zu stützen, Sie geben Ihnen Sicherheit und Die Übungen mit den Stäben machen Spaß, man kann sie auseinander schrauben und mitnehmen , man braucht wenig Platz, und man kann Langsam und mit Power damit arbeiten.
Ja sie sind 5 Sterne wert
