After having ordered my nordic stretch i then read some mixed reviews on line about service and what you actually get in the box. I meedn't have worried a quality item. Very well made. Very sturdy, and i should know as im at the higher end of its weight limit. I use it as a kind of activity walking stick if you will. Helps me balance and do exercises i'd struggle to do without it. Money very well spent. The only small negative, i wish they'd sent a small booklet with exercises in rather than a downloadable one. But the item itself is a five out of five.

I love the stick. It’s very sturdy and I can get a good stretch with it. I just don’t really know what to do with it to use it for it’s maximum benefit. There is a book I can download , but I’m used to being led on video for instruction. Deciding right now If I want to spend another $30 They also don’t let you use the 5 dollar coupon on the video.

Excellent piece of kit. Really well made, feels very premium. The starter exercises are helpful and I can already start to feel the difference. Still exploring all the possibilities but can see this becoming a core part of my routine.

Well made product, light weight and is an excellent addition to my home workout equipment. I purchased the 90-day training so I could learn to use it, but wish it was an App vs website. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars!

For the most part, I think this is a very good investment. When I first got it, I used it daily for about a week, even though I couldn’t quite figure out what I was doing because the documentation that came with it wasn’t great and I was missing photos. I find when I don’t use it for a couple of days. I can definitely tell the difference and stiffness. I only wish that there was more clear instructions and videos available when I purchased it. I feel like the content has started to get better, but that they sold the stick long before they had enough content to teach you how to use it. I ended up following YouTube videos for other products. Eventually, they started sending me emails about a 90 day program for an additional $25. I was annoyed by that too, but since I’ve already paid for the stick and I really wanted to know how to use it. I purchased the additional video program. I think this is a good product. I think it’s marketed heavily on social media, but it would be nice if they offered a better package or at least better instructions when you originally get the stick.

Quite impressed with this. Yes it’s just a stick and maybe you could make one yourself but it’s well made and sturdy. Have been using to complement my Pilates to try and get some mobility back lost from sitting at a desk for 30 years! Points to improve (1) you have to buy the online programme to make the most of it - usual practice and the programme is good but should be on an app. Finding the email link every time is a pain (2) shipping takes ages like 6 weeks or more from China. That isn’t clear when you buy. Overall good.

It’s solid and stable. The program, which I’ve just started, does actually seem reasonable the way they talk about it and how they’re gonna develop things. Still yet to be seen what happens as I go through it all but so far so good.
