I’ve been using the stick for a couple of months and for me it makes stretching more enjoyable.
The free guide only contains basic stretches but enough to get you started.
The stick itself feels sturdy when using it so I’m pleased with my purchase.
Response from Nordic StretchSep 2, 2026
Thank you, and good to hear it's held up over a couple of months.
Fair point on the guide. It's meant as a starting point rather than the full picture, and the free video at nordicstretch.com/pages/how-to-use covers a bit more. If you want a proper progression, the 90-Day Program is 49 follow-along sessions across twelve weeks.
Glad the stick itself feels solid. That's the part we care most about getting right.

Great product. Really works.
The product is well made and the concept really works.
It helps with balance and increases your ability to improve your stretching and gain back what you feel you lost. Instructions could be explained a bit better for each of the starting stretches.
Response from Nordic StretchSep 1, 2026
Thank you Daniel, and that's twice today someone has said the same thing about the instructions. It's landing.
Chapter 4 of the Mobility Routine has each exercise with photos, and there's a free video at nordicstretch.com/pages/how-to-use if you haven't seen it. But clearer starting instructions is fair feedback and I've passed it on.
Glad the balance side is working for you.

I love this opportunity
I love this opportunity! The Nordic Stick is very helpful with developing stability and allowing deeper extended movements. I suggest this for everyone!
The 4-star is due to shipping time. It took quite a while to arrive.
I've not used the link to assist with how to use this extremely useful exercise stick. I will tomorrow.
Response from Nordic StretchSep 1, 2026
Thank you Stephanie, and the shipping criticism is earned. Our warehouse fell badly behind and orders sat far longer than they should have before dispatch. It's clearing now, but that doesn't help the wait you had.
Glad the stability and deeper range are coming through already. Worth watching that link before your next session, it covers assembly and the main movements.

pas évident du tout à s'en servir mais ensuite on se rend compte que cela fait du bien.

Thank you for the honest review.
You're right that it isn't obvious at first, and that's fair feedback we hear often. Worth knowing there's a free video showing assembly and the main movements:

Glad you're feeling the benefit once you got past that first hurdle.

Excellent service and product.
Had a slow start as not got suitable flooring/walls to use it on. Managed some stretches and hope to get into it a bit more. Excellent service and product. Very sturdy and will last a lifetime.
Response from Nordic StretchAug 26, 2026
Thank you for the review, and for the honest note about the flooring.
Worth knowing the ball ends actually grip better on carpet than on hard floor, so if you have a carpeted room that may work better than you'd expect.
Glad it's feeling sturdy, and hope you find your rhythm with it.

I have used it 2-3 days a week
I have used it 2-3 days a week, and feel like my movement in the back has improved. Knees are also stronger.
Response from Nordic StretchAug 24, 2026
Thank you for the review, great to hear the back movement has improved and the knees feel stronger. Two to three days a week is exactly the kind of consistency that works.

53 & getting mobile again
As a dancer most of my life, however now at 53 and haven’t been dancing or exercising for a few years, find myself waking up with a stiff body, especially my neck and shoulder. I was intrigued by this mobility stick and seeing several videos of how I can weave dance or yoga movements into a new morning stretch routine in under 10 minutes, I thought I’d give it a go. Despite that they say it Scandinavian designed, it is actually fabricated in China, however quality is pretty good, it is strong and can support my 125 pound weight. Typically grips well and doesn’t slide away from me when I’m on a yoga mat, but it has slid away during a few movements when on my hardware floor. Easy and quick to use every day and I have felt the tension realize in my body and neck after a few days of use. Yay, it’s working! I did purchase the 90-day mobility transformation program, however not necessary, yet well-priced, easy to follow and with a life long membership. I had an issue with logging in and my program doesn’t track my progress as it should but I can follow the exercise videos anyways. I was disappointed that the program says 90 days however the sessions do repeat. I was also hoping that the program would teach more advanced movements, as I saw in the advertisement videos but the movements are more basic and easier than I hoped. Overall, I would totally recommend the mobility stick and the program. Thanks for creating this!
Response from Nordic StretchAug 22, 2026
Thank you Erika, thoughtful review and glad the tension is easing already.
On the slipping: that's worth knowing, the ball ends grip far better on carpet or a mat than on hardwood, so you're not doing anything wrong there.
On the programme structure, you've spotted something correctly: each level repeats its nine sessions across four weeks, and the progression comes when you move up a level. That could be clearer, and I've passed it on along with your point about wanting more advanced movements.
If the progress tracking still isn't working, email [email protected] and I'll look into it.
Enjoy the morning routine.

The stick seems well made
The stick seems well made, but the provided documentation is average at best, with some issues in my mind regarding the scale of the stick in the provided illustrations. It would be an added feature if you could get another segment individually to lengthen the stick.
Response from Nordic StretchAug 21, 2026
Thank you Marc, and fair criticism on the documentation. The point about scale in the illustrations is a good one and I've passed it on.
On extra segments, we don't sell them individually. Worth knowing the stick isn't really sized to height though: you plant it against the floor and lean into it at an angle rather than standing upright against it, so the standard length covers a wide range. The video at nordicstretch.com/pages/how-to-use shows the positioning well.
Glad the build quality landed. Enjoy it.
