This review is about customer care and not about the product because I haven’t received it yet. I really wanted to like this company and its products because of the vibe they generate. So why 1*? Essentially it became a choice between two companies who looked great on YouTube. I chose Nordic Stretch because it had a stick which could be dismantled for travel whilst the other one didn’t. You know the feeling - you’ve come across a product which inspires you in some way and you want to start using it immediately. I haven’t received mine yet nor have I had any comms from the company regarding the progress of the order despite it being 11 days ago nor have I had a reply to two emails I have sent. Total radio silence. Their customer care is, frankly rubbish because it’s non-existent. There is absolutely no excuse for the silence and delay in dispatch. I have bought a much cheaper stick from Amazon so I can keep my enthusiasm alive and begin to practice even though it may not last very long - at least I’m practicing! I’m about to email the company with orange, very bendy sticks with lots of brilliant YouTube videos to see how long their delivery time is. I’m on the verge of cancelling my order with Nordic Stretch because, like a growing number of disillusioned customers, I’m very frustrated with their customer support. So ….. If you want to wait for a very long time with no comms, go ahead and buy. Otherwise go elsewhere.

Would not recommend. Poor customer service and FALSE ADVERTISING. they say a guide will be included as well as a free gift. No guide no free gift. Hard to use WITH NO GUIDE! I contacted them and they said it is a digital guide, I don't have a printer so asked for a copy to be sent they said no. The "free gift" is a coupon to buy more products. Returning is not really an option that is feasible. They make it very difficult and no guarantee after you pay for return shipping that a refund will ever even be issued. Its truly disappointing and very bad form! Not a company that seems to care about their customers. Buy with caution.

7 August 2026 - Still no response from Nordic Stretch to my emails (with photos) to them that my stick broke after light use (which use was as per their manual). I have now sent them 6 emails and have not received any responses to my emails. The only response I have received from Nordic Stretch was when I posted a Trust Pilot review. The response stated that it was unacceptable that my stick broke and I should contact them by email as per their website, as it would be covered under warranty. This is the email address that I have used for my 6 emails. I will update this review if I receive an email response from Nordic Stretch and a replacement / refund.

Waiting now four weeks for delivery - Customer Service were delighted to tell me that after close to three weeks it had left country of origin - seriously 3 weeks later and it is leaves the warehouse. Will take another 3 weeks to get here from country of origin. Makes me wonder why I try to support smaller businesses rather than the Amazons etc of the world. Would have it now if bought through Amazon Prime (that's if they have it in stock - I didn't check). Customer Service told me they would give me a refund - not sure how much it would cost to return but guessing it would be not cheap - so in effect I loose $$$ if i return and basically have thrown away $$$. They need to be clearer that it takes 6 to 8 weeks for product to arrive but they wont do that as no one wants to wait that long. Marketing it as 5 to 8 days gets people to buy it when its 6 to 8 weeks for delivery so their website is a complete lie. If you want to wait 6 weeks for deliver then maybe it is worth it.

As a senior wanting to insure increased mobility the Nordic Stretch seemed to accomplish the goal until I received the item. This is a Polish company with no USA presence. The shipping box in their ads is not what you receive. Thought that the box that was presented in their video and in the receipt of purchase was for storage when not in use but only received a small box with the disassembled sticks and a bubble package taped to the small box with the ends. Also ordered the travel bag which was not shipped and when contacted all I get is excuses without any resolution.

Very disingenuous company. When I purchased the stick it included “free access” to a “complete video library to complement the stretch and mobility stick” through “structured programs, guided routines and progressive training plans” including “10-minute daily follow along routines”. This was under development and access would be given as soon as it launched. They have since offered for sale a “complete training protocol for the mobility stick” that offers “follow along video sessions…10 minutes a day… structured for progression”. Apparently this is completely different to what was part of my package (and presumably many other buyers) as it’s “a completely separate thing” as it has “different names and different products”. I beg to differ. Seems they have enticed buyers in with the offer of free access to training plans and then decided to renege on that and develop it only to sell separately. Customer services have been very unhelpful, disingenuous and border line rude. **update: having been asked to email customer services, they replied saying their position hasn’t changed and they consider the matter closed”. Not sure why they bothered asking me to get it touch. I stand corrected on my earlier review and can remove the reference to borderline. Customer services have been very unhelpful, disingenuous and outright rude. PLEASE CAREFULLY CONSIDER IF YOU WISH TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH SUCH A COMPANY.

This company just continuously lie. Delivery is shown as 5-10 days, what they actually mean is 5-10 weeks. I ordered in June and my order never arrived, Customer Service staff are rude and refused to give a refund after non delivery. I had to go through PayPal and got a full refund from them without any problems.

Absolute scam of a company. Website states 3-5 days to ship and 5-10 days to deliver. I'm now on day 12 and it hasn't even shipped. Contacted them through their page for an update on the shipping 4 days in with a response it will ship soon as a priority. No replies to emails since. Awful, awful company and im under no illusion the mobility stick would be junk even if it did ever turn up. Oh, to top it all off, I found out that all of the images on their website are AI rip offs of another mobility stretch stick company. Avoid like the plague!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs
