I love this stick because the balls on the end make it so much safer than other stretch sticks I've seen online. I love that it is really tall, so I can do really deep stretches with different parts of my body. Plus, I recieved a free stretch guide with my purchase that was super helpful. This purchase was definitely worth it!

The Nordic Stick is very well made not too heavy nor too light it's just right and the video course i also purchased is very good and easy to follow i would highly recommend buying the video course at the same ti.e as tne Stick as it's way cheaper and you can start getting into a routine straight away, it's only been just over a week since I started using it but I know it's something at last I will keep using as its easy

I really love it! Because as I’ve become older, I’ve become very stiff. I still lift weights and work on strength training, but it doesn’t seem to take care of a lot of the pain that’s caused by stiffness in my body. The Nordic stretch stick allows me to go deeper in many stretches that I would never would even consider doing. After I’m done stretching I automatically feel better.

Wow Nordic stretch stick has made a big difference to my aches and pains that I use to get. I feel more flexible already and my muscles ache a lot less. I now wouldn’t be without it.

I am a disabled woman who used to be a half marathon runner. Spinal deterioration and a neuroendocrine condition have combined to take me almost completely off my feet. Desperate to move again, I purchased a stick as a bit of a Hail Mary. I just wanted to be able to lean and stretch a little bit; maybe recover a small amount of flexibility. Yes, it did take a while to arrive and, no, I haven’t had a chance to explore all it can and cannot do for me. But OMG!! Using this to balance and steady my position is entirely different from trying to hang on to a doorway or a chair to stay upright. It gives me far, far more freedom of movement, and I’m in no doubt that it will enable me to practise those movements that I still have the capacity to make, and thereby maintain what remains to me. Truthfully, not a lot remains to me, but knowing I can safely try to keep it with the help of this device has genuinely put me on the verge of tears. It’s very high quality, and even I could assemble it easily. I am absolutely delighted. So, not just for completely hale and hearty people - if you are becoming progressively more disabled and think your movement days might be over… consider revisiting that with the aid of a Nordic Stick. I did check with my physio first, though, and obviously this isn’t a miracle solution for everyone. For me, though… it might be the key to slowing my ongoing decline and I’m hopeful. Well worth the money and the wait.
