For a start there is nothing Nordic about this. It is a Chinese product which explains why it takes a month to arrive 😡 The advert and confirmation email shows the pole in a presentation box, all laid out and a position for each component. what arrives is a heavy battered box with the police, in sections, wrapped in thin bubble wrap. To the outside is celotaped the balls. Some genius also decided it would be a good idea to wrap the box in the purchased bag before enclosing the lot in black plastic. I don't know about you but if I get, what feels like a cardboard box inside plastic I assume it is safe to use a knife to open it. Next. The poles have a rubber covering which is widely known to get tacky over time. One pole already has an indent. Next. I purchased a physical book to go with thus that was shown on the website. After payment it appears this physical book is nothing more than a PDF! 😡 Lastly.. Trying to take up their advertised 30 day return 😂 A. You have to pay for the return (it weighs nearly 2KG).and they charge a restocking fee! Seriously? A restocking fee for a substandard Chinese product that is advertised as being Norwegian with healthy Norwegian using it infront of fjords. 😡 As they in latin Caveat Emptor, buyer beware. 0/10

After several mails about a construction fail they won't even react

If I could give no stars I would. This product and their company sound like a big scam. I never received my order and they do not want to give me my money back. Very bad customer service. Check it out in any post .. only complains. Product made in China .. it has NOTHING Nordic about it. Mail from China is always late or retain in customs. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Sadly it arrived and after assembly it simply is nowhere near straight. This in turn makes it unusable so a complete waste of money. Also it seems to truly benefit from it you then have to buy access to the videos. Overall an extreme poor experience now gathering dust.

Well made, easy to put together but there's no videos showing how to use unless you purchase it and that's more money masking this stick not worth the purchase.

Avoid this business! I placed an order in July that was shipped the first of August. On August 11th (10 days into shipping) the package stopped moving and it is now August 26 with no additional info and no received product. I contacted Nordic Stretch and they've been completely unwilling to help. They contacted their shipper who has no information about where the package is for the last 25 days. They refuse to declare it lost or to refund me. I have had to contact my bank to open an investigation while they have refused to do anything else. Buyer beware.

I can only assume this company is a scam. I made my order on August 11th. Some days later i received emails saying my stick was on the way but no tracking number was sent. A few more days passed and i email the company to get the tracking number and they inform me that there is a delay at the warehouse and my order has in fact not shipped. I was not informed prior to making the order that they were out of stock. A few days ago i then got a tracking number however that seems to just placate me as the order still has not left the warehouse 5 days after the tracking number has been created. So you pay this company on August 11th and by August 25th they still have not shipped anything. Avoid, at least until they sort their logistics out and are more transparent wirh their customers.

This company lie to you about delivery then admit it later in an email. I have a policy after 25 years of running my own business not to deal with companies who blatantly Lie !!! Then you have to pay to return it to Poland. They offered me 15% off and their words where MONEY IN YOUR POCKET. Who the hell do you think your are speaking to a customer like that. All I can say is the founder Jacob needs the money more than me. So I’ve decided not to open donate it to charity and review on every search engine on the internet. Very poor customer service and nothing updated on delivery. Took 3. Weeks to arrive plus no free gift. Absolutely shambles. Look forward to their reply.
