You start of slow and they build you along the way and in a very short couple of weeks I feel like a new man. The stick is built to last. Jacob did a beautiful job with the design. The only criticism I could think of is he needs to write Nordicstretch.com on the stick so people know where to get one of their own. I never thought a stick would be such a good companion and I plan to work out with it for years to come.
