Quality is very bad
Customer service is good, prompt response. The chain broke in the first week waiting for a replacement. They don't offer refunds. But the product quality is very bad, it is very light. It came in a cheap looking pouch. I ordered a few and didn't know which was which had to take it to someone who reads arabic. How is the lifetime guarantee fulfilled if the company is closing down? And they been closing down for months it's a scam. Just buy from Temu for £2

Fake company with fake reviews…
This is a fake company with fake reviews- I’ve gone through all of them. They’re using AI images and also write a sob story on their website. They’re using Palestine to rule unsuspecting customers to buy their fake & cheap jewellery from Temu. They have no physical business address or registered on any company website

I’ve received my jewellery and I’m so happy with it . The quality is absolutely amazing , and every piece is beautiful and well made. I’ve just received my order after…
I’ve just received my order after almost 18 days of wait and I’m honestly very disappointed with the quality of the name pendant. I paid £19.99, I expected something much better. The pendant looks very cheap and poorly finished. I was also surprised to see that the item was shipped from China, as this was not clearly mentioned before purchase. It honestly looks like a low-quality Temu/Shein product and does not feel worth the money paid. On top of that, there seems to be no proper return or refund option, which is very frustrating.

My experience with Noor Qalb has been brilliant!…
My experience with Noor Qalb has been Really positive from start to finish. They are closing but took time out to thank me for my order and kept me up to date until the receipt of my order. I ordered 2 necklaces, one of which is a personalised one and I am so impressed with the quality and design. I am going to try and get another order in before they close down.

Delivery from China, so I don't think this is a good quality item. I can get much cheaper price for 18K gold from my hometown.

Scam! Do not buy from here
This is a scam. Unfortunately I only realised after I’d wasted £40. The trust pilot reviews on the website are fake, and there’s a lot of info online exposing this as a scam. I received the type of rubbish you’d get from Temu for a few quid. Appalling that they would pretend to be donating to Palestine and that this is a Muslim woman owned business when it’s just cheap Chinese goods.
