I have a small dog. We receive small packs (50G) of Chicken Chow and have noticed that the fill size between packets differs quite dramatically. Some packets may have almost twice the amount (or half the amount) of other packets. Also, I believe the sweet potatoes aren't cooked as they are very hard. My dog won't eat them because of this. Do you have a formula where the sweet potatoes are cooked or softer?

My dog has a sensitive stomach and chicken allergy and the food made him sick. I emailed them months ago to cancel my account - because they deliberately design their website account management page so it's impossible to understand and there is NO option to cancel yourself online. Instead, they NEVER cancelled it and NEVER informed me that my next shipment was coming and now I have $130 of food that is going to be delivered and I can't cancel.

As we discussed in our conversation, skipping individual orders does not deactivate your account. Our two dogs love it! We tried Nom Nom Now because our senior dogs were not eating their kibble anymore, so we had to add other caned food to get them to eat it. Now they can’t wait to eat! The best thing is they have both lost weight and feel better too!

We started with our puppy using the company, The Farmer's Dog. It was rated #1 on my searches. Well their customer service was awful and the people rude, I left after only 6 months. I found Nomnomnow on the web and started ordering it. The serving size available was more specific for our dog's weight & size. More the customer service has always been top notch. To me service is the most important because human grade dog food at this level is pretty close in comparison I think. I can rotate his needs and mix in extra human grade veggies to change it up without upsetting his stomach. This company is honest, polite and actually cares. A++++. They are even less money than the rude company. Bonus.

In today’s world of hype advertising it’s nice to see a product live up to its claims. Our two dogs have been transformed. 13 and 12 year old dogs jumping and running around like puppies. It’s amazing. I’ve notice they also sleep longer and are not restless when sleeping. Before NOM NOM the one 13yr old had just spent 3 days at the vets. On pain meds and steroids for his back. He had always been very active and to see him in this much pain was breaking are hearts. Week and a half on Nom Nom and you could already see a huge difference. Folks your loved companions do not have to be in pain. Try Nom Nom. Be amazed!
