Nom NomReviews of nomnomnow.com

A very healthy option for dogs and cats. Remember - prevention is better than cure and Nom Nom helps

Your customer service team is very responsive. So kudos to them! I believe I spoke to Drea and Haley? In regards to errors, there have been a few in the last year. First off, I have two dogs- Ralphie and Bailey that I receive food for. 1st error was earlier this year where my dog Bailey did not receive any food and it took over a week to get the delivery. 2nd- I asked for my package to be split up as it was too heavy and they forgot my Bailey's food again- taking over a week to arrive.

TERRIBLE, please avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never write negative reviews, but my dog who is not a picky eater at all, turned her nose up at this food. I took her to the vet, and turns out they were putting additives that were POISONING to my poor puppy. I tried to cancel my account, but I was told they would still charge me... what?????? My dog almost died thanks to them. And now they're trying to say I still have to pay for spoiled food when there are so many other options out there? PLEASE, if you love your dog AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DOG TO DIE!!!!!!!!!!!

I really like the concept, wish it was a little less cost. Love how each meal is measured and packaged, convenient for travel.

I would of gave a 5 for sure .My dog loves this. But.. price ! But not any more expensive than other mail order quality food.

Amazing! My Abbey loves the potato mash, her favorite!!

Excellent product. Reliable service. Excellent customer service. The only area of opportunity is packaging...would be great if they weren’t so prone to breakage. This causes leaks and a mess when defrosting in fridge.

Our pets have so much more energy, their coats are shiny and soft and they can't wait for mealtime since we started feeding them the fresh food from Nom Nom. The customer service has been outstanding the few times we have reached out and everyone is so friendly! We couldn't be happier with the decision to switch our pets to Nom Nom!
