Missie is healthier and has so much more energy now that she has been eating Nom Nom dog food. She has lost some unwanted weight. Her breath and teeth have improved too . It is so convenient to have a months worth of food delivered at my door and I couldn't be happier.

I appreciate NomNom now. Great customer service, and I feel I'm getting literally the best possible food for my dog that's available for not much more than high end commercial food. The reason for four stars rather than five is that I wish the meat used was humane -- I'm a vegan and try to live cruelty free. Also even though the packaging is theoretically recyclable, it's not recyclable in my area. I wish they'd change to something that's more widely recyclable.

Horrible customer service. I asked them To cancel my order 3 days before due date. After 3 days they charged my card I emailed them again no response. Then after 4 days they said they were short staff. Food arrived left 2 days in 100 degree temperatures! Horrible experience!

This is the last thing we want to hear from our customers, former or current. We are so sorry to hear about this miscommunication and then food ended up arriving and spoiled in 100 degree heat. My geriatric cat cannot eat this food yet NomNomNow REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK! Compound this issue with the incompetence of their customer service department (I received an email meant for a different customer from them), and their REFUSAL to honor their money-back guarantee and the fact that I ONLY received ONE WEEK'S supply (although they charged me for a FULL MONTH), and now I am a HIGHLY IRATE first-time customer of this company! I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE because of their deceptive business practices and incompetent customer service department!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I have been trying to contact someone at the company for over a week. I have left messages, sent emails, and no response. The actual amount of food does not always equal the label on the bag. It says 200g but when I weighed it, was 102g. Additionally was the same for my larger dog's food portions. So I had to open additional packages to make sure they had a full meal and now I'm short. But I can't EVER get a person on the phone. What kind of company operates a business like that??? I'm researching other pet food delivery companies, as there are a few, because someone should be available to assist customers, not just take your money!!!

Dog loves the food and it's easy and convenient to use! Like the idea that we can have a choice every month. A bit pricey but worth having a healthy and satisfied doggie!
