Wonderful customer service.
I was part of the original crowd funding customers back in 2017 and was so excited when I finally received my bag. It has gone to countless countries with me and I believe over 40 trips in the last 18 months. Definitely as advertised, I could go on almost a week’s travel with this backpack and never had issues as a carry on. More recently, I had ordered a compression cube and a toiletries bag. The order was suppose to come before Christmas and when Christmas came and gone, I reached out to Nomatic. Their response was immediate and were very apologetic. I was refunded my shipping right away with the product expected to receive soon. Five stars for its customer service. Really set a bench mark on how some other crowd funding companies need to be like.
