I love nomatic products and I couldn't do without them. I recently had to deal with the after-sales service and I must say that nomatic does everything possible to satisfy its customers and keep its commitments. I warmly recommend it.

Updating my review. I received my Peter McKinnon backpack and boy this is a well made camera bag with all the bells and whistles. Impressive!!! I contacted Nomatic in panic because the backpack came 2 days later than the bundle. They responded promptly. Thanks again Nomatic!

I’m on my 3rd Nomadic product and love them all but what is most impressive to me is my resent experience with my last shipment. No shock but FedEx screwed up my delivery and I never received the shipment. Within 24 hours of notifying Nomadic, they had a replacement order inflight. Best in class customer service! Great product, even better customer service!
