Dealt with Nomatic a few times. Love their products. Have to be honest and say got quite angry at a miscommunication this time. After going back and forth getting more grumpy i came across Austin. What a great asset to Nomatic he is. Assisted in sorting my issue while being professional and friendly. I was not either of those!!! Great company and will be ordering again.

OMG my new bag is so gorgeous! I love these waterproofy zippers and the pockets are smart, well-considered, and streamlined. It is replacing a bag I bought back in 2000 to get me through college trips. My order was first stolen shortly after delivery. I wrote-in the sad disappearance of my bag, and within two hours, costumer service responded. Cam was all sorts of wonderful, and got a new bag in-process for me right away. It arrived, I am thrilled, and my cat even made it clear he loved the box.

Brie O. was very helpful as my customer support agent. She guided me through the entire process and followed up on my concerns afterwards. Great customer service.

GET A BAG FROM THEM!!! You will not regret it. Worth the price. The product is outstanding. But the customer service is even better. I bought 2 bags. But the day after the second one arrived Nomatic sent an email saying 50% off sale. I was upset. I sent an email. Stating; I would like a 50% refund or I will return for full purchase price and buy a new one at 50% off. Turned out the bag I bought wasn't included in the sale. I felt stupid and apologized. Despite this Brie O. talked to her manager and Nomatic refunded me 25% off the purchase price of my bag even though it wasn't included in the sale. I have never had a company do that.

Literally the best service I've had. Turns out it was my error (honestly thought I was ordering planners) and you're still so genuine to take care of me - thanks!! A+!!
