I have a drawer full of old wallets. I got a Basics wallet years ago, and after a long life the elastic became a little loose and I thought maybe there was something better. I found something I thought would be great, and used it for a while, but I kept running into comprimises that I didn't have with the Basics wallet. So today I decided it was time to go back to what works. I ordered a new Nomatic (I guess there was a merger, acquisition, or rebranding) wallet, and I'll be using it until just before I have to replace it with another one. I had a question about ordering it, and left them a message expecting an answer in a few days, but I was shocked they answered my question within minutes and actually read my question and responded with a definitive answer. I'm sold. When you find a great company you need to keep going back.

Customer service responded within minutes and remedied the situation. I have purchase 3 different products from Nomatic all of which are excellent. Once the Covid vaccine is administered, will enable so many travelers to explore the world which will be much better with Nomatic travel products. I recently ordered a Pete McKinnon 35 L bag. I cannot tell you how awesome this bag is. Two days after receiving it nomadic came out with a promotion for free cube bag with purchase. I was a little disappointed seeing I just got this as a gift I missed out on this opportunity. I reached out to Bree through online chat and we were able to work out a deal that work good for them and me. Needless to say I am overwhelmed at the quality of the product and the professional and courteous service that comes with it. I highly recommend this product.

Hands down the best products and service I have ever received. I travel more than a lot and I have never found myself in a situation where my (everyday carry) Nomatic travel pack or carry on luggage was not up to the task, trip or adventure. The packing cubes are a life saver as well. Nomatic has found a way to be stylish, functional and rugged while still feeling like an essential addition to my travels, rather than just weight on my shoulders. Do yourself a favor.
