NOMATICReviews of nomatic.com

The people behind it, the service they provide and the product they make are all second to none! Just some wonderful people!

I ordered a product and paid extra for faster shipping but knowing Covid is slowing productivity down, my item was shipped a little later than it should have been. Emailed customer service within mins I received a refund response for the shipping cost and excellent service. Have purchased multiple items and love their products. Would highly recommend. Thanks again guys.

Nomatic products are unique and top quality. I have their original travel backpack and love it so much I ended up handing it down to my brother and got myself the updated version. I recently bought their collapsible backpack and it was so unique and portable that I ended up buying two, gifting one of them to my brother. The customer service I received was very professional. I didn't receive the right size on a vacuum bag multiple times but my customer service representative basically took it to another level by getting involved to make sure I'm being taken care of. This will definitely keep me coming back as a loyal customer to know on the back of my mind, not only will I get great products, but will also have a better customer service experience.

the Peter McKinnon Battery Case is super cool, but upon receiving it had a slice in the front of it. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a replacement! Thank you Customer Service for being so great to deal with!

I love Nomatic product. I have purchased so many backpacks that fits for my needs and Nomoatic is the best so far! Their toilet bag, backpack, vacuum bags are so perfect and especially I love their customer service.

It's crazy-super-cool quality products. My backpack is amazing, functionality, quality, value, size, materials... It's the best in the world!

We’ve bought several products from Nomatic and love the quality of their merchandise. When we needed to return items because of duplicate Christmas gifts, Brie and the customer support team went out of their way to help us! Thank you and we will buy again!!
