NOMATICReviews of nomatic.com

This is a no brainer! They make the best luggage in the industry. So well designed, engineered and thought out. I love all the extra pockets, the high quality material and wheels (on the new roller bags). These folks know what they are doing and making the best is what they do. I even love the new facemasks! Way to go Nomatic. Keep up the great work!

Had to go back a place another order right after my first. I just couldn't be happy with just 1 planner, so I had to order another 2 notebooks. I emailed support, got a quick response from Brie, and they helped me out on my purchase that charged me on shipping. Fast, easy, human support. I heard that Emerson was going to give her a nice size raise cause her KPIs are on point.

I have several of their products and would not use anything else. Quality is good and customer support is excellent. You can't go wrong buying from them!

I had a product shipped which was missing a clip. Nomatic customer service quickly responded and sent me a replacement. Helpful, respectful customer service.

I am an sports official and I have the 40L carry bag it works great I can carry two uniforms , shoes and two days change of clothes. Best way to travel when you fly... everything has a place. I liked the first bag so much I also bought the back pack for day trips. Both are great bags. The best part is when the zipper malfunction they sent me a replacement bag. They have great customer service and a great product. TN

My recent experience with Nomatic’s customer service is further proof why I am completely brand loyal — and I am not loyal to many brands. I have supported them since their 1st Kickstarter campaign for their wallet and I currently own 5 of their bags and am excited to receive their newest 37L Navigator roller bag. As a professional photographer, my bags have been put through meat-grinding weather and travel conditions and they have yet to come close to failing. If they make it, I will buy it. Here’s a new product idea: an airline-approved, under seat collapsible animal carrier/roller bag. I really need one of those. My little man is small, but he weighs like he’s a lead balloon.

Love the product! Truly a buy it for life bag. Enjoyed it so much that I even bought their fanny pack 2 years later

I purchased a Travel Pack from the biggest name in online shopping only to discover it was the older style. The website was misleading. Regardless, I sent it back and made a "bundle" purchase directly from NOMATIC. I haven't received it yet, but after looking at the older style, I am positive I will be happy with the quality and style of the "new" bag. Here's the interesting part, as I "assembled" and purchased the original bundle, there were a couple of Items that were not available to order. Two days later, they were! I was aggravated to say the least. I initiated a chat with a NOMATIC representative (Brie O). I expressed my disappointment and she allowed me to purchase the two re-stocked items plus add another one, all at the bundle price. I could have returned the other items, but at the bundle price, I will keep them. I trust my great relationship with NOMATIC will continue. Keep up the great work. Thanks again Brie!
