NOMATICReviews of nomatic.com

My husband and I both LOVE the products!! Customer service is absolutely amazing. We ran into an issue with delivery and in no time, the Nomatic team was able to resolve the issue. We have the 1L sling, 6L sling, and the 2 day travel backpack. We are looking to get the 15L backpack to use as a baby bag when our little one arrives and multiple bags to travel with moving forward once we are able to travel for business again. Thank you Nomatic Team for everything you do and for the great quality products!! Looking forward to purchasing more items from you all! Thanks again, Jeff and Jaz

I can’t even begin to explain the sincerity I experienced with Nomatic customer service today. I will always glow about their products but that now expands into their team. I didn’t feel like just another customer. It felt personable and relatable. Thank you Nomatic for setting a high standard for the customer experience!

Thank you for making my day every day! I love the Nomatic Notebook cause it keeps me on track and challenges me on every area I have outlined for the year. Smooth and neat. Thanks Nomatic-Basic!

I just contacted Nomatic in regards to shipping cost. The response was very fast and detailed. I bought a while ago the 6 ltr Navigator sling. The bag is great, very thought out and so far a good quality. One thing I would sort of complain about is the upper part of the strap. The end is pressing against the buckle. I have some audio gear and a 20000 MA battery pack in it, so it is quite heavy. That end I mentioned before is pressing against my collar bone, which makes it a little uncomfortable. I have to readjust the position quite often. Make that end bit a bit longer and problem solved. Apart from that, full recommendation.

I have never imagine how good this bag is, really congratulations to the team, this is the perfect backpack i was looking for!

Quality Product combined with quick and efficient Customer Service.

Very responsive and supportive company and service team. Cannot wait for my bag and other items to arrive. Will review when received.

I love my backpack - it is perfect for everyday carry and travel!
