Over time, I've come to appreciate just how well-made and functional Nomatic backpacks truly are. Despite my initial frustration with the import process, I can confidently say that my backpack has held up exceptionally well and remains my go-to for carrying my MacBook and other essentials. Their design, durability, and organization make them a fantastic choice for everyday use. Plus, their customer support has always been responsive and helpful. I’m happy to revise my rating to 5 stars, as the quality of the product speaks for itself.

Had a messenger bag for well over a year, used devery day and alway full until I managed to break the strap. I was only expecting a replacement strap but they replaced the complete bag. Great customer service and a great bag

Just wow! I have owned the 20L Travel pack for over 7 years. I have taken my bag caving, hiking, thrown around at festivals, work trips, and it's made it's way around the world several times on trips. I typically have 10-15lbs of weight with 2 laptops a tablet, 3 phones and all the power I need. When I say this bag has been in flawless condition, you'd be amazed if you saw it. Many of my friends have purchased this bag because of seeing it, they also hands down love this bag. Recently, however my zipper did pull apart slightly (I can't belive with the everyday use I do with this bag, I am surprised it took this long and it's just the zipper). I was ready to easily buy another bag, but their warranty covered a brand new one! At this point you shouldn't read on because you should be buying one! Their product quality and customer service is so high, I am going to be buying the 40L pack now. You will not regret buying this bag!
