Product 5 stars However customer service is difficult to reach. I never received a shipping notification or tracking info. I could only reach someone via Facebook and the social medial team said they aren’t connected with a view into orders. Took another few days for customer service to respond via email. Would be most helpful to have better access and/or a phone number.

Great backpack for frequent travel . Space and many pockets . Stylish as well. I did not give 5 stars as I wish the travel pack had at least one more outside pockets ( only has a sunglasses pocket) and a particular place to store my noise canceling headphones

First trip with this pack. I’m a biz traveler and this was the only bag I brought - was able to get a suit 2 shirts, workout clothes, dress shoes in this pack, which is outstanding. The separation and pockets again are great. The one drawback I would say is price - that’s what’s keeping this @ 4 stars.

Update - refunded me eventually. I bought a bag and it arrived on time. It does look good but I decided it wasn’t for me. I returned it unused (paid £25 to ship it by UPS from UK to Holland). I’ve sent three emails asking for an update given it was delivered back to them over 10 days ago and no response. Will have to file a chargeback if they don’t get back to me - what a waste of time.

Good bag designs with excellent features. I've previously purchased 2 travel bags, of which one joined me on trips to Bahrain, Singapore and Uganda. Last week I got my messenger bag for my laptop and essentials. It's a good design with many useful features. There are 2 flies in the ointment, one is the shipping agent used isn't reliable and the second is the keyring broke on the first pull (not a major issue as I'd never use it, though I think a bag of this stature deserves all components to be of good quality).

I bought a travel backpack for one to three days. I was very happy with the backpack and used it a lot. After a year or so the zipper of the front and main compartment broke. Support suggested to have it fixed at a local seamstress and send in the invoice. Since I did not find a seamstress in my area I asked for a replacement product, which i received only three days later. In total I find it is a great product and support and service were excellent. I can totally recoomend NOMATIC.
