NOMATICReviews of nomatic.com

Fantastic products, I have their large camera bag, small camera cube to mobile bag, everyday camera backpack on order, and many other accessories. I had an issue with one product, and they took care of it right away; I can't ask for anything more from a company.

Shipping took a little longer than expected but that is understandable given the crazy state of shipping post COVID. This Backpack was well worth the wait. After using it for a few days I have also decided it is also worth the price. A very special thanks to Brie for all of her help with my order.

Great feedback and great company!

I ordered some smaller photography specific items a while back and liked them. When I saw their Messenger Bag on sale, I ordered one. Order was processed and delivered to Canada quickly. Had a question upon receiving my bag and they responded right away and answered everything.

Its ironic but I didn't end up keeping my backpack. However, my with experience in regards to customers service was excellent. They got back to me in good time, were friendly and didn't break my balls. All good things.

I have been order backpacks from them for a few years now. Always get compliments. Just ordered another Navigator bag for a friend. Excellent quality Thoughtful design Great customer service

I started with the Travel Pack, then I ordered the Carry-On Classic for myself and found my husband and I fighting over who got to use it. So I ordered a second Carry-On Classic. When Nomatic came out with masks, I thought it was too good to be true. Thankfully, I bought the 2 pack. Best mask hands down!!! Perfect fit no matter you face size and shape. After that we tried the Check-In luggage. Also amazing! Highly recommend Nomatic. They make packing fun and easy.

I purchased a product and while in the process, I accidentally “fat fingered” two warranties on the product instead of just one. I wrote an email to the customer service team and to my surprise within minutes I received an email back with a refund for one of them. I never expected it to be so quick and with a very nice email back to me! Thank you and if this is any indication of the bag I am waiting to get, it looks like I’m going to be very happy!
