Great Products and Great Service I have purchased numerous products (satchels, notebooks, backpacks) and each product has been quality. When one of my satchel's zipper broke, even though it was a couple of years old, they replaced it for free. When I purchased a "Scratch and Dent" backpack, the order was lost somewhere in the shipment. When I inquired, they replaced it with a new backpack. Brie O has been the one whom I have had all customer service interactions with and has always been helpful and pleasant. I recommend Nomatic products often.

Nomatic is a great brand and company. I had a slight hiccup with my most recent order (I own three Nomatic products) and they were right on it and quickly solved the problem with no fuss. Great customer service. Highly recommend the brand and their products!

Anyone looking for a planner, you have found it. I have used a lot of planners and even went away from nomatic for something cheaper or some unique feature. I keep coming back and buying for friends. Recently, I had an ordering issue and the company corrected everything the same day. I could not be happier with the product or the customer service.

I currently own a few products and plan to own the luggage in the near future. Customer service has been Excellent. The products are very well organized and you can tell the Nomatic team has put a great deal of effort into the designs! I’m a Frequent traveller and very rarely am I surprised by a bag that that has some unique features that I find so useful! Great products!

Great backpack. After 2 years of daily use I had a problem with the main chamber zippers but they sent a replacement right away, much faster than I was expecting.

I have a travel backpack and its zippers ripped out in the front compartment due to normal wear and tear. I contacted Nomatic to inquire about the warranty, but did not have my receipt from purchasing over a year ago. Their customer service quickly researched and sent me a copy of the receipt in order for me to file a claim under the warranty. They were helpful, quick, and professional.
