I love this Company. I have the 4 bags from this company and they are all fantastic. Their customer service is also top notch, very fast, kind, and they take care of the problem. I have traveled all over the world with the bags and they show minimal wear and tear. Great zippers and functionality.

My experience with Nomatic has been 10/10. The product shipped quickly. The packing was in good order. The product was in good condition, i.e. no factory defects or other issues. The product itself (messenger bag) is very nice. Very sleek, very professional. I have only used it for about a day, but so far everything is great with it. The outside handle is sturdy and feels well made. The inside is well thought out, with pockets for just about everything you could ever want in a messenger bag. The ONLY complaint I have is that the back doesn't seem like it will fit both a tablet and a laptop if the laptop has anymore thickness than a macbook; as a windows user, about the only laptop I have seen with that kind of thickness is a Microsoft Surface. I would have liked to have seen about a 0.5-1" more space in that pocket, accomplished by just extending the pocket a bit further in the direction away from the bag. That being said, it's a very tiny complaint vs a lot of good to be said about this product. It's a work horse, that's for sure. We'll see how it holds up over the next few months; but based on other reviews I have seen form other people, I don't expect to have issues. And if I do: that's where the lifetime warranty comes in. One final word, customer service is very responsive. I emailed them because I wasn't sure my sale was attributed to the person referred me to Nomatic, and I wanted to make sure they got credit. Inside of 24 hours, I had a reply from them, and they had already looked into the issue.

The backpack is really practical. For me, it is irreplaceable when traveling. The separated space is reasonable and useful. In addition, it has a thick and soft protective layer to protect the laptop and iPad. The staff in the customer support department made me feel enthusiastic. When I saw the email, I felt better and solved my problem.

I was very excited to receive my travel backpack and I can not say enough about it. On top of the bag being wonderful, customer service was a wonderful to work with and the quick turn around made my mind at easy. Thank you Nomatic.
